About Consent

IF the site or services you are using wants to process your personal information for advertising purposes or for use by third parties, it should notify you and seek your consent. Specifically, on some sites we make use of Google Adsense which should prompt for consent before proceeding. If advertising is active then you should see an icon in the bottom left of the screen that allows you to modify or withdraw your consent. You may on occasion see “house” ads, these are static images and text and do not involve the processing of personal information.

Some sites run an optional notification service to which you can subscribe which will alert you if new changes are posted to the site. In order to do this we use a third party service which will record some basic details to facilitate this activity. These details include the your browser type, your Operating System, your region, city, country and the date of your last visit. If you sign up for such notifications, these details will be subject to the privacy policy of the third party. You can check the WebPushr policy here; https://www.webpushr.com/privacy-policy.
