Thanks for all the info on IP addresses. I'll try the router reboot tonight. I can find my IP address in my Chrome settings- already seen that. Not sure if it is a dynamic or static one though. I take what you are saying regarding websites blocking IP addresses- but somehow I AM being blocked by instagram when trying to create a new account.
