I`m not sure if this will work, but when I have had the occasional problem with a locked  folder I opened it as root and ctrl+c and ctrl+v it onto the desktop (for example). Can you change the permissions of the file in the file properties? Right...
I`m not sure if this will work, but when I have had the occasional problem with a locked  folder I opened it as root and ctrl+c and ctrl+v it onto the desktop (for example). Can you change the permissions of the file in the file properties? Right click and choose properties/permissions.

It can`t do any damage to try it anyway.
