Mmm, it's actually way worse than that. There are a whole series of "RBL" 's out there which all the mail providers (including us) use to block spam. One of those references an IP whitelist so unless you are on the whitelist of IP addresses, mail from you is automatically rejected. I think M$ are quite big in this area.
