Unable to boot from USB after trying to load Linux

A few months ago, I tried to load Unix onto my windows 10 Acer computer. To do this I had to load the Unix software onto a USB stick as an iso file this I did as instructed and change the boot order and then boot from the USB stick It fail...

A few months ago, I tried to load Unix onto my windows 10 Acer computer. To do this I had to load the Unix software onto a USB stick as an iso file this I did as instructed and change the boot order and then boot from the USB stick It failed since then if I attempt to boot from a USB I get the below error. I can boot in the normal way no problem using the normal boot order.
I contacted Acer they said contact Linux. Below is a copy of the error and system info.
