ASUSTeK model: P6-P5G41E running MX Linux
My Dell laptop has a hardware fault - looks like a bad connection 'twixt screen and main body, resulting in occasional crashes. So I have backed up everything and rsync’d it to my desktop. No problems until I came to replacing the Thunderbird system .
I had exported Thunderbird to a zip file and successfully extracted it to the ~/.thunderbird directory on the desktop, but when I boot up Thunderbird I get:
which is a bit troublesome.
Any advice would be welcome.
